Every print is made to order. If something isn't right, I'll fix it.

Returns

Something not right? Tell me within 30 days of delivery using the order problem form (photos encouraged), and I'll help make it right.

Damaged or defective: a free replacement, or a full refund if it can't be fixed.
Not what you hoped for: store credit, or a refund if credit won't solve it.

There's no need to send the print back unless I ask. Store credit comes by email as a code for checkout, and never expires. Orders can be canceled for a full refund until they go to the printer, usually within a day: just email me.

Shipping

Prints ship within 3–5 business days, then take 1–7 business days in the US or 3–21 internationally, depending on the method you choose in the cart. You pay exactly what the lab charges to ship, and get a tracking number by email.

The largest prints ship within the US only. International orders ship from the US, and any import duties or taxes are paid on delivery.
