Privacy
Only what it takes to make and send your print.
Apollo 360 Photography is run by Aaron Glasenapp, who decides what's kept and why. Questions or requests: aaron@apollo360photography.com.
What's kept, and why
- Orders: your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered, to make, ship and support your print and for tax records.
- Accounts, if you make one: your email, a securely hashed password, and for each sign-in the device's IP address and browser, so you can see your orders and stay signed in.
- Order problems: what you write and any photos you send, to put things right.
- Server logs: the pages requested and the IP address they came from, kept briefly to keep the site running and secure.
Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach this site.
Cookies
Only the ones the shop needs to work: one remembers your cart, one keeps you signed in, and one keeps forms secure. At checkout, Stripe sets its own cookies to prevent fraud. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Who sees it
Only the services that run the shop, each for its part: Stripe (payment and sales tax), Lumaprints (shipping quotes, and makes and ships your print), Resend (emails), ntfy (new order alerts to my phone: your name, town and what you ordered), and Fly.io and Tigris (hosting and backups). Nothing is sold or shared for advertising, and there are no marketing emails.
How long
Orders are kept as long as tax law requires. Accounts are kept until you ask for them to be deleted. Carts not signed in to an account are deleted after 30 days untouched.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what's held about you, email aaron@apollo360photography.com. Order records needed for taxes are kept, but nothing else. The shop isn't meant for children under 13. If this policy changes, this page will say so.
